I’ll get this started…I think I constantly learn this lesson: Take Action Immediately! Sometimes I procrastinate a text or email that needs to be sent sooner than later. Why?
Stress. Anxiety.
So this past weekend, I thought about an email that needed to be sent and instantly got anxious. So I took action right then and there and SCHEDULED my email to be sent first thing on Monday. VICTORY.
Whew, anxiety plummeted and I enjoyed a nice sabbath with my family.

I love it, Tara. Taking immediate action by scheduling and maintaining your schedule for rest, too.
What have I learned? I felt led to give up others’ opinions of me for Lent. I’ve learned I still wonder about others’ thoughts much more than I realized before. Now, I can free up brain space for other activities.
What’s new in ministry? I recently joined the prayer team at ThriveLA Church. The pastor shared she had never created a culture of prayer for a church. What a privilege to be part of this process!!
