I know my soul is thirsty when I – get anxious – feel overhwhelmed.
2 things I do- Journal/Inventory. Call a friends
Worhsipping God and listening to Worship music helps me drink from the Presence of God. Reading His word daily (or as close to daily as I get). Discussing with people unleashes the Holy Spirit in my soul.

1 How do you know when your soul is particularly thirsty?
I know my soul is thirsty when I
*start eating more
*feel “off” inside from a centered, grounded self
*feel resistance within to being quiet or reflective
2 What do you do when you are thristy?
*call a friend
*sit quietly and invite God…
