I know my soul is thirsty when I – get anxious – feel overhwhelmed.
2 things I do- Journal/Inventory. Call a friends
Worhsipping God and listening to Worship music helps me drink from the Presence of God. Reading His word daily (or as close to daily as I get). Discussing with people unleashes the Holy Spirit in my soul.

I’ll get this started…I think I constantly learn this lesson: Take Action Immediately! Sometimes I procrastinate a text or email that needs to be sent sooner than later. Why?
Stress. Anxiety.
So this past weekend, I thought about an email that needed to be sent and instantly got anxious. So I took action right then and there and SCHEDULED…

I love it, Tara. Taking immediate action by scheduling and maintaining your schedule for rest, too.
What have I learned? I felt led to give up others’ opinions of me for Lent. I’ve learned I still wonder about others’ thoughts much more than I realized before. Now, I can free up brain space for other activities.
