I just watched the movie Project Hail Mary. It cost 250M to create. It has made 300M as of this last Friday. Money is still rolling in. So far, it’s the highest grossing movie of 2026.

I know my soul is thirsty when I – get anxious – feel overhwhelmed.

2 things I do- Journal/Inventory. Call a friends

Worhsipping God and listening to Worship music helps me drink from the Presence of God. Reading His word daily (or as close to daily as I get). Discussing with people unleashes the Holy Spirit in my soul.

*start eating more

*feel “off” inside from a centered, grounded self

*feel resistance within to being quiet or reflective

2 What do you do when you are thristy?
