Our role is to create safe space where conversation can begin. We cannot force the conversation.

I think not a contest that we pit against each other but maybe allow to submit ideas of designs and create something together from designs or a design and the collaborators receive gift cards starting from $100 $70 $50 depending on the amount of input.
Just an idea but could be twicked.
