When we are with people who are just beginning to connect with God, they may not think it possible, advisable, nor useful to talk to God.
Our role is to create safe space where conversation can begin. We cannot force the conversation.

I think not a contest that we pit against each other but maybe allow to submit ideas of designs and create something together from designs or a design and the collaborators receive gift cards starting from $100 $70 $50 depending on the amount of input.
Just an idea but could be twicked.
